Great Lakes Pet Memorial is wonderful. Kerri was phenomenal, she was very patient with us and extremely kind during the entire process. There is not a doubt, that our beloved Flower was treated with respect and dignity by Kerri and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond, taking multiple nose and paw prints for us, and answering every sobbing unintelligible phone call from us between dropping her off and picking her up. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of such services.

I’m so thankful for the care they took with our sweet Chloe. Because the vet arranged for the cremation, I wasn’t sure what to expect—perhaps just her ashes in a bag... But I was so touched when I saw the gift bag with the decorative container, some of her fur, a clay paw print, and beautiful poems. What a nice way to help us remember our beloved girl. They were very responsive to our needs on very short notice. During the process Kerri was very understanding and handled the arrangements very professionally. She showed empathy towards our loss. We would certainly recommend Great Lakes Pet Memorial and Crematory.

So touched by the sweet and beautiful presentation of my cat Mia. The poems, lock of hair, and the imprint of her paw was above an beyond what I expected. Thank you for giving me so many things to remember my best friend.
