RecommendedI lost my best friend on Sunday, today I went and picked up his ashes. it was hard but both great lakes pet memorial and bay area animal hospital made it suck just a little bit less. ranger was anything but a dog. he was my security blanket. he made me feel normal. he helped me a better mom to my kids. loosing all that is hard. but thank you for the love and compassion you gave me.

July 12, 2018 was a very hard day for us. Here it is a month later and it still likes yesterday. I couldn't be happier with how things were handle with our Moose. The little box of fur and the poem always brings me to tears. I will cherish those always. Even though we were not there in person, speaking to a young lady on the phone and making sure out baby was there and helping through everything was greatly appreciated.
We are so grateful for the services provided. The staff made a difficult day much easier. Thank you for helping us honor our sweet cat Angel.

I would highly recommend Great Lakes Pet Memorial. The staff was very friendly, patient and compassionate. The gift bag was truly a thoughtful gesture as well as comforting. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness will never be forgotten.
Very nice service, nice people. My daughter was able to pick out an urn for her Guinea Pig, "Rocket". We also chose to get the very nice paw print plaque and the fancy little box with a clipping of fur; what great ideas. When we went to pick up Rocket the items were thoughtfully presented in a nice gift bag along with a card and a couple keepsake certificates that we will place on his memorial shelf at home.
