They are the only ones in the area that do it right! I had a Veterinarian use someone else & was very disappointed at the lack of empathy. I called Great Lakes Pet Memorial on my own the next time & was blown away at how much better the experience was. The staff is great & I would use them in a heartbeat the next time I have to go through something like this, they are amazing.
