Where to start... Let's be fair and start with 5 stars and count from there. Answer the phone instantly. Custom orders are easy and fast. Service is very good. Now the bad... Minus 1 star for censoring reviews (you'll see, product reviews are very rare). If you give a bad review, it just won't appear. Case in point, the Biostar 4 Aligners, which their page does not tell you, limits you to using only 50% of the pressure forming chambers if using any plastic other than Scheu. Asked a very simple question about product availability but the product specialist wasn’t able to help which is fine, but there was no “hey let me ask my manager and see if they can figure it out” or “I’ll do a little research and see if that’s something I can find the answer”. It was simply, “sorry, I can’t help you”.
Great customer service, fast turnaround cannot complain about working with this company. Great Lakes Dental Technologies is far one of the most professional suppliers we work with.
