I’m renting and the sales guy told me he talked to the home owner and told me I pay for treatments and home owner would pay for cutting, 6 months later he sent me a bill for both cutting and treatments so I spoke with the owner of Great Lakes and I told him what had transpired and his response was to bad someone needs to pay the bill. This was 2 years ago now he sends it to collections.😡
0 stars. Already paid for pest control and I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come out. No one calls me back. Was told someone would be out “ASAP” two different times but apparently their definition of ASAP is different than the rest of the world.
My account is setup for a call ahead due to dogs. I got home today to find two bills on my door for two different applications, which were not called ahead. Therefore, not authorized. I called the office to get it taken care of and the guy said he would find out what happened and give me a call back.... still waiting..... This is not the first issue I had with this company. Tonight at 6pm a gentleman ( not uniformed ) came to my door. My one year old who is sick was sleeping and I saw him waking up the driveway. I ran to the front door because I knew my dog would start barking. I opened the door right before he got there and said my kid is sleeping and my dogs going to bark. Literally just started his spiel anyway and sure enough the house got woken up.
