I loved working with Kevin Dawson purchasing my car - he was amazing. Service? Not so much. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks ago and was told the tires would need to be replaced before the winter. I'd noticed a strange noise before this and it got worse after the rotation. So I brought it back in and was told my tires needed to be changed immediately.
