Stopped in today for oil change and tire rotation. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they took care of business. in and out in less than an hour. We have been tired of getting ripped off by other "Car care" places. They would tell us that we need to fix this , that or the other thing. I'm a carpenter not a mechanic. I had a great vibe from the minute I walked in the door. We will have them take care of us for anything we may need. Might even get something new eventually. Thanks again to the service department.

My son just bought a car here, not a good experience. They didn’t like that he was paying cash, rather than financing. I had to ask for a receipt for the money we put down to hold the car while we got money out of his account several times, and never did get it until he came to pick up the car. Then, when completing the paperwork, the finance guy tried to scare my son into buying extended warranty (it was a certified used car, so already has extended warranty). We recently used Great Lakes Honda and I have to say customer service was amazing! They picked up my car, got to me quickly, great communication. Very honest and spent the time to make sure everything was right. I will be returning for sure. Thanks Great Lakes Honda!!!
The salespeople here are extremely aggressive. If they don’t make a deal they get fired. No place to do business!
