I required nebulizer machine hoses for my device and was declined due to the absence of a prescription, despite offering to make a cash purchase. However, another home medical equipment company offered them for $4.00 a kit.
Terrible to deal with. Nobody there is helpful with anything. You ask questions and they just stare at you like you should already know all the information. Their billing system is the biggest joke on the planet and makes no sense whatsoever. Call the help line and Nobody speaks English. The best part was to find out they were billing my insurance 10-20% over retail price for my cpap and supplies. And my insurance only covered a small amount and then stopped covering it altogether.
