Terrible to deal with. Nobody there is helpful with anything. You ask questions and they just stare at you like you should already know all the information. Their billing system is the biggest joke on the planet and makes no sense whatsoever. Call the help line and Nobody speaks English. The best part was to find out they were billing my insurance 10-20% over retail price for my cpap and supplies. And my insurance only covered a small amount and then stopped covering it altogether. We are form out of town and needed a piece for my husband's CPAP. The lady at the reception was very polite and was able to get us the piece of equipment right away.
My friend was in the hospital for knee surgery. They would not let her leave the hospital until they knew that she was all set up to get a wheelchair and commode from here. They gave the hospital the green light. On our way back from the hospital in Green Bay, I called this place and asked if we could have someone in the area pick it up because we might not make it before they close.
