Called two weeks ago for a new patient appointment because I was referred to this practice. When I arrived for my appointment they told me my appointment had been canceled because they didn’t have staffing for the appointment. I received no call, no text and no email to notify me of this. They couldn’t schedule me for a new appointment until 3 weeks later. Very disappointed and will be finding a new dentist elsewhere.

Absolutely love this dentist!! My daughter has hated going to the dentist since she was little. We have tried multiple different businesses and nothing really worked until we found Great Lakes. They made her feel welcomed. They answer all her questions in such detail. She loves it so much that she asks me multiple times when she’s going back.
Great Dental Doctor. The hygienist was also understanding and pleasurable.
