I showed up for my appointment which was confirmed over 2 weeks ago and the receptionist said I didn't have anything on the schedule. Another receptionist looked in the computer and said that I did have an appointment in the computer but it didn't get put on the schedule? Not sure how that works but they basically said too bad so sad nothing they can do for me. This is the third bad experience I've had with this office regarding their scheduling practices.
