Dr. Potts and my heigenist are both very professional AND very caring. Their practice isn't inexpensive, but you do feel confident that you're in good hands with people who really want to keep your teeth healthy, and are willing to put in the time to teach you what you csn do yo make that happen. This Dentist office was absolutely amazing! I called about 10 places to take an emergency walk in when I knew I needed my tooth extracted and no one else was willing to take a last minute appointment because most offices were closing... the staff here called their dentist who had left for the day and he turned around and went back to the office for me! This will be my new primary!
Have been seeing Dr. Potts for almost 20 years. His skills, facilities, and commitment to keeping them up to date are the reasons why I continue to be his patient. I can always count on getting the best care possible.

Very thorough made me feel comfortable
I have had the worse experiences imaginable with dentist prior to seeing Dr. Potts. The mentioning of the word Dentist would give me a panic attack. Ever since the 1st visit with Lake County Dental they were all very patient and kind. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Potts is an amazing doctor, he eased all my fears and was gentle and caring . He genuinely cares and it comes across in everything they do there. It was like having my grandfather as a dentist!!!
