I have always had a positive experience with Great Lakes Dental Care. They have professional and friendly dental hygienists. They are great for the whole family and do well with my small children as well as with our teens.
Being new to the GR area it's always challenging to find doctors or professional staff you feel comfortable with. I'm VERY picky about my physicians. I have found the staff (Allison & the entire medical team) to top notch. They are very personable, friendly and caring (more than just about your oral care).
I am a client/patient at Great Lakes Dental Care and have always found them to be honest, caring, and detailed in the services offered. I am given the facts about what to expect and what should be done. They offer options without pressuring me into immediate decisions. It was my first time in a while going to the dentist. My last experience kind of scared me off, but here the staff was very caring, and amazing. I am very happy I chose them.
Been in there 3 times to have fillings replaced that they put in with no complaints. My wife misses here appointment and they want 100 dollars to see her again it cost me twice that in lost wages going back to have fixed what they screwed up I will be seach for a new dentist when my filling warranty is up maybe I can find a dentist who can do it right the first time
Absolutely amazing office! They are so caring, friendly and easy to work with!!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my family!!
