I ordered 10 windows on 10/14/24, and they came in and got installed 11/25-11/27/24. They took their time, did a great job. They alerted me to some mold that had occurred due to a window ac unit so that I could get it fixed, and they clean up great after themselves. Their prices were the similiar to the other companies i got estimates from, but ultimately chose them because they were a smaller business with local connections for getting windows in fast. I work for road service crew I had a call to fix a truck in construction zone and not only is it dangerous to work along side to highway when ppl don't get over. I got them coming over bothering me threatening to call cops and everything I told driver sorry but this isn't worth the headache o hope they never call us for service
Very disappointed in customer service after the sale. I needed a part and after 13 phone calls and two visits to see if they had it or had to order it, I am still waiting to hear back. Every year when i clean my windows , the same part breaks. The others are hard to close and lock.
