I went to the the branch at the Casino. The cashier called Theresa misunderstood my Cafe Latte as Coffee. When I got a black coffee and went back to ask for my actual order- she made fun of my accent because I said “café latte” which is what’s written in the menu. She then gave me this huge attitude and said she will get me my order. She then tried to make me pay the difference with an attitude, which was just 1$. When I know I need to hunker down and get some work done, this is a great place to go. The Baristas are friendly and attentive, and some of them actually know my name. It's pretty easy to find street parking but it helps that there is a garage next door as well, not to mention the fact that I can sit here for hours, get Coffee, Snacks, Meals, and Brews by the evening. Totally worth the stop!

The racist and classist behavior of the staff is appalling. The fact that this behavior has no consequence is worse. I’ll never go there again.
A black homeless woman came into the store and was antagonized by a white barista who referred to her as a crackhead and called the police. This is violent and damaging and disgusting behavior from anyone but particularly a company that uses the image of community and storytelling as the basis of their organization.
Recommendedeven though a little crowded for introverted ways, it was relaxing. staff were pleasant and the other customers were polite. the chai tea latte was so good. I'll be back to write again. you'd never know it was on a busy corner once inside its cozy.
