The great milieu at Great Lakes does not make up for the subpar service from the staff :( Although my hot cider was nice, I'm in no rush to go back.
This place is amazing. I don't even drink coffee and I love it. My wife, however, *does* drink coffee and says this is the best she's had. We drive from Grosse Pointe to buy bags of coffee because it's so good. And the staff is always so pleasant. What a great business to have in the city of Detroit!
