A desk review appraisal was done by an individual of this company on a home in Southern Indiana. No fault for accepting business, I like to make money too. I blame the financial institution mostly(PNC). But I submitted paperwork of 3 comparable homes that sold within the last month, 2 on the same street, with a detailed "home information" attachment to the person they contracted out to take pictures.
