I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst property management. Their support is the worst. Never use them is you are an owner. They run their business like a scam.
RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY!!! Horrific. Unresponsive and incompetent! Do not trust them to manage your property! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY, so poorly run. Totally, totally incompetent. I can't even believe they are in business. NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE. had tenants sign lease, but didn't change the rate. Then went' back them months later for the additional fees. Run. Run far away. Don't look back. And then run some more. Rented a property from them. Not very responsive nor helpful when it came to property maintenance and issues. Felt we were basically on our own with any problems.
Alex Armstrong told both myself and my client that I would be paid and then decided to not pay! They ask for money upfront to "hold" a property and I have heard from others that sometimes they do not follow through with the rental process! Good luck getting that money back! They also only advertise through craigslist! They will not survive as a company. I highly recommend using any other management company!
