Never had a case of the Mondays here.
Nov. 10 - water pipe, under the ground, in the parking lot EXPLODED. Do not move here, I have 12 more month in my lease and I am demanding they let us leave b/c this is rediculous. This is the 24th time they have shut off water in my 2 years here. (It is seriously once a month) and they have no idea when they will have the explosion fixed.
We moved from different state to this apartment we applied online so never visited this place, when we got here its was ohk bathrooms tap was not good bath top was painted so the scratch cant be seen. Carpet was superb clean but later I noticed on my son dress because he is always playing on the floor there was lots of dogs hair. It actually seems nice until below-zero winter storm because the office didn’t care about emergency maintenance progress in many homes. The maintenance guy took four days after being called to fix heating circuits of AC even if he assured to fix it within one day. AC only blowed chilly wind after turned on and I was closer to be frozen to death sleeping there.
