Using a stone mill, we grind our wheat in the bakery each day in order to make the most delicious, freshest, most nutritious whole grain breads. We never use preservatives, but instead use high quality ingredients in all our breads and sweets. We also make many types of savory bread, sweet breads, and sourdoughs. Purchased a loaf of Pecan cinnamon swirl bread at the farmer's market yesterday. (along with a few other delicious treats). used the Pecan cinnamon bread to make the best French toast we've ever eaten. Sliced it thick like Texas toast and it came out beautifully. You guys have the best breads around!!! Wish I would have gotten a photo but we ate it to quickly. We'll see you again in a couple weeks!!!
Was looking for a whole wheat bread with seeds, was recommended the High 5 Fiber. Absolutely love it! Going back tomorrow for more and to try new items!
