Using a stone mill, we grind our wheat in the bakery each day in order to make the most delicious, freshest, most nutritious whole grain breads. We never use preservatives, but instead use high quality ingredients in all our breads and sweets. We also make many types of savory bread, sweet breads, and sourdoughs.
