Placed an online order only to arrive with no one knowing about the order. Once the print out of the order was found, they had NOTHING that I had ordered. The manager (?) told me he would go to the back later and refund it. I requested a receipt and was told I’d get an email about the refund. I let him know I was flying out of town the next day and only then did he agree to the refund while I was in store. Wanted Hot cross buns for Easter, they were fully supplied. And with this Covid social distancing, I felt perfectly safe! They all had masks and gloves and marked spots on the floor for lining up to pay, 6 feet apart. Everyone was so kind and helpful and noticed my poodle waiting for me in the car, and they added a treat for her! She loved it! And our treats are beautiful!
All of it is so yummy. I'm addicted
