As a diabetic I really love these whole grain breads. I stray to lower calorie breads from time to time but have come back to Great Harvest. Nothing is healthier for you, regardless of the calorie count. This is the bread my mom loved because it reminded her so much of her youth in Austria. Wholesome goodness.
