Truly Great – I have been using Great Green Cleaning for a while now. I work all the time, but I simply e-mail my account specialist Zach and he always fits me in and asks when I would like the cleaning person to be there. She shows up on time, the company has my keys, the place gets cleaned, and I come home to a spotless apartment. It is more expensive than what I used years ago when I had a private maid. Excellent people doing Excellent work – The people at Great Green Cleaning are a joy. They are very customer-centric, intelligent and pay great attention to detail. I use them to clean my office. It's a shared space and I am responsible for the cleaning. The young man they sent did an impeccable job and he was quietly respectful while he worked. Reliable and Trustworthy – I call these guys when I have company coming over and I can't take the mess. My mother was coming last weekend - I called Great Green at night - next morning the girls were there working very quickly - beautiful! I picked my Mom up at the airport, she comes in and says Earnest I'm proud of you, your place looks beautiful. Wink Wink. You should try them - they're good. I like these guys.

Great Experience with Great Green- I HIGHLY Recommend them – I had a terrific first experience with Great Green cleaning - in fact I am signing up for weekly housekeeping service. They are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have a 4 year old daughter with allergies and the supplies they clean with are unscented and hypoallergenic- important to us, plus they bring everything so I don't have to prepare. Hmmm. They have gone downhill since last positive reviews – UPDATE: I JUST NOTICED - WHEN ONE BAD REVIEW GOES UP, MYSTERIOUSLY, SEVERAL GOOD ONES GO UP. I THINK THEY ARE WRITING OR HAVING PEOPLE WRITE THESE "FIVE STAR" REVIEWS. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY USED TO BE MIRACLE MAIDS (STILL ARE TECHNICALLY). Who's Running This Place? – It must be a bad week, or month. I had the exact same experience as the reviewer below. I wasn't as persistent but, after a call and two emails, I moved on! Got a great service booked on the first call to a local competitor.

They DON'T want my business? – I was in need of a one-time cleaning with the potential for monthly service. Great Green came recommended by a girlfriend who had used them a few months back. She said they had a referral program so I was happy she'd get a free hour for future use. I called them around 5PM one day and was told their "rep" was busy but to expect a call back in 15-20 minutes. Tried to Force Me to Buy More Time – I purchased a voucher for 4 hours of green cleaning through Living Social at a discounted rate. I called to schedule my appointment and was promptly transferred to a telemarketer type guy who seemed like he was working on commission. He tried to pressure me into buying more time. I explained to him that my apartment was tiny (under 500 Square feet) and that all I wanted was a gentle wipe down of the inside and outside surfaces. Nicely done! – Laura did a great job and was very pleasant and respectful. I felt comfortable leaving my apartment during the cleaning and went to the gym. Good work GGC (and Laura!)
