I am beyond thrilled with the cleaning that I received from Great Green Cleaning's powerhouse by the name of Ofelia. I have never used a cleaning service before, but can tell you right now that I am hooked. The customer service of Zac and company was great and I can't wait for my next cleaning. I'm gonna go look at my sparkling bathroom again now... :)

I haven't had a cleaning service in years but I moved back to NYC recently and saw Great Green on CitySearch. They had 86% positive rating and saw all these awesome reviews so I called. The woman who answered was incredibly polite and wasn't expecting all these questions about what I want but understood after they were done. My place is ridiculously clean so much so I felt weird making it dirty in any way after they left. I love everything about this company. The customer service was friendly and professional, and the cleaning people were so nice, and incredibly thorough and helpful. Definitely worth it.

I have a very small apartment and they gave me an estimate of $270 for 6 hours with 1 free hour. ($50/hour). Unfortunately, I was not home for the time cleaning, but I did leave specific requests for her to do. (I.e. fold some of the clothes left on the bed, make sure the shower is clean). However the clothes were not folded, or even moved, and the shower was still dirty. This Working Mom's New Love! – I think I'm in love with my floors!!! Maria, from Great Green Cleaning, did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my floors, and my condo is a much more comfy space since then. Happy with the cleaning services – I arranged my appointment with Russell, who was perfectly friendly and efficient on the phone. And, importantly for me, when he did try to sell a recurring cleaning service to me after my Groupon cleaning, DID NOT act pushy or become rude when I declined (only because it's a luxury I can't afford regularly). The Best! – Kind, Considerate, Understanding and Trustworthy. They do a great job cleaning.... but not only that, but you can trust them in your apartment alone and things won't walk out the door. Where else are you going to find sevice like that?

Great cleaning services – I have been very happy with the services I have received from Great Green Cleaning, I started using them about a half a year ago. The cleaners are professional and good at what they do, one of them spent an HOUR cleaning my bathroom (no, I am not a slob, it just needed a good all-over clean). The are nice but not too nosy.
