Outstanding customer service and design help! Robert in the Coeur d'Alene store was fantastic to deal with. Very professional, made choices easy, and gave great advise for install particulars. I highly recommend Great Floors!

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Great Floors of Lacey, WA. Dave Faria came to my house for a no obligation consultation through Costco services. He measured all my rooms and showed me many samples from which to choose. The price was excellent and the installation went very well. I'm more than satisfied.

We had problems with 1 room the carpet kept coming away at one edge. We have only had our house for 1 1/2 years. Scott being a great manager of this location did everything he could to resolve this issue with no cost to me. He sent a very knowledgeable worker named Jay who was able to anchor the carpet down with guarantee. They are very concerned about customer service and keeping the client happy. They did here. Will highly recommend this location for your home needs. Thanks again Scott.
