RecommendedGreat Floors/Francis Ave. Spokane store was great. Cody Siegel was easy to deal with and we found the prices were very competitive. Everyone was very easy to deal with, from the estimator that came out to measure, then the install scheduler Spenser, and then the installers, (Randy and Dan), were fantastic!. They were friendly, fast, clean, and very professional. We were very pleased all the way around.
I install flooring for a living. I highly recommend dealing with Matt Mckenna at the store in Lacey WA. His knowledge of all product specs. and selection are second to no other person in the store. my customers love working with him because of his knowledge, flooring experience and low pressure sales environment. I dealt with Matt McKenna at the Lacey store. He was incredibly knowledgeable with flooring. I highly recommend seeing Matt for all your flooring needs, hands down the best in the business.
They could improve by firing all their sales help. Their sales employees are awful. They know nothing about customer service. We will never go back to the Silverdale store. We have been there twice and the help was awful both times.

By answering my phone calls and being prompt on installation. We paid cash up front and have been waiting for over 6 weeks for installation, They did one room and disappeared. We have bubbles all over the kitchen and the seam is coming up, small, but still should be fixed. I am extremely angry with this company and would not recommend anyone to them.
Great floors did an AMAZING and flawless job today on 12th street. On time and very professional. The carpet looks amazing. Thank you to an amazing crew, look forward to doing business with you again!
