We are working with Lexar to build our home, we scheduled an appt to meet with Erin at the Spokane store on Feb 4. She hadn’t gotten any of our info from Lexar to know our floor plan or anything. She told us at the end of the appt that it would only be a few days to get the estimate. It has been 3 weeks and we STILL do not have the estimate. worste flooring company i have ever worked with... take your money elsewhere... they don't honor the warranty. we built a new home and in less then 5 years the flooring started to discolor and separated.. after almost a year of back and forth. 2 separated inspections , they did nothing... now understand this floor had a 20 year warranty.. ended up having to fix myself and was out over 5k... save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.. very pissed 😡😡😡
My husband and I went to five stores looking for a light-colored vinyl flooring for upstairs, including three bedrooms, closets, hall, and of course stairs plus landings. When we arrived at Kent Great Floors we were impressed by the store, lots of good quality flooring. My husband and I just replaced the flooring in our home in June. We worked with Dana at the Federal Way store to purchase our flooring and set up installation. Dana was very helpful and informative and found flooring to match our existing floor (that was not in stock). Alex and his co-worker installed our flooring in four rooms in about 6 hours. We were thrilled to purchase our flooring from your Kennewick store. We loved your showroom and selection. We planned to return for tile for both bathrooms and kitchen. However, this soon turned into one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. I can't stress enough my disappointment.
