I purchased a deal on Groupon for eyebrow tinting $11. When I called to make the appointment, she said it was the same price with or without the coupon. So why is it on Groupon then?? When I arrived, I explained what I wanted in the session: my brows filled out with the tint (I have spots where I need brow powder and was hoping tinting would do the job for awhile).
