Incompetent idiots. Called them with a problem that seems obvious to me with the antilock brake valve not operating correctly. Explained that when I step on the brakes in an emergency they will lock up then release then lock up and continue doing this. Even when I explained that it doesnt happen with any other trailer they still tried to blame it on my truck. Obviously trying to sucker me into an unnecessary repair bill instead of fixing the problem under warrenty or just not smart enough to know what needs to be done..
