Very disappointing dinner today 7/17/16 - was excited for the special of BBQ Ribs, grits, sweet potato fries and a side of fried plantains. The ribs were tough and not "fall off the bone tender", the fries were soggy like the oil that they were fried in was not hot enough, and the fried plantain was not fried - it seemed boiled and then pan seared into blackness - what a mess!
