The receipt I had that I was supposed to turn in tomorrow, I think I lost it by mistake. Could you maybe get me another one the next time we come? If y'all do, I may consider putting it in my wallet next time. Thank you for understanding. I do have a Great Clips receipt, but it has a date for back in March though.
The manager amber has a nasty attitude. She didn’t cut my sons hair right on Sunday and obv she couldn’t get the concept of what a fade was, so I called 7 times this week w no answer. Someone answers today says come back get it done free of charge, I go and she won’t let me leave w out pay 18$ again. Since I have two small kids w me I feel awkward she has such nasty attitude no Customer service skills what so ever. Carolynn was amazing and did GREAT! Even agreed amber did not do a fade. Will never go back to that location.
Just got the best haircuts with Mrs. Brittney today! She’s the best and always takes good care of my family. Our entire family comes here to see her and we highly recommend her to everyone!
