I went into Great Clips last minute right before closing, and I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was. Brandy and Shane went above and beyond, staying late to help me fix my damaged hair when they could have easily rushed me out. They were so kind, helpful, and made me feel so much better about my situation. They gave my hair a great wash and trim, and even shared tips to help me avoid future accidents with my hair.
