I came here a few days ago to get bangs, and the lady that cut my hair did a terrible job. I forget her name but she has colored hair and freckles. She was friendly, but I'm not sure if she genuinely doesn't know what she's doing or if she was just being ignorant but my hair was nothing how I wanted it to be. I explained several times and even showed pics of the cut I wanted and she still found a way to mess it up. I came back to see if she could fix it somehow and she just made the sides worse.
