The manager Dorothy was aggressive and did a poor job of listening. I kept repeating myself and referring to the pictures I brought when she took my phone from me and threw it on her station. I wouldn't let her cut my hair due to her attitude but one of the other girls understood me just fine and gave me a decent cut. Shame on you Dorothy!
I have never had a satisfactory hair cut at this location. Having a revolving door staffing habit , along with an under experienced hiring policy , combine for bad business.
I love going here, I have never had a bad haircut, they are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My whole family goes here!
