Great Clips went above and beyond to listen how I wanted my haircut. I recommend Mi Young in Factoria, she is the best at what she does.
I checked in online and when I reached the salon I was second in line waiting for my turn. When I became number one on the list, the hair stylist prioritized one of her favorite walk in customers in front of me and changed me back to number 2. When I told her that I am actually the next in line, she bluntly said that I changed it. What an insult. This was my preferred salon all these years and I am never going back here again. This incident happened around 3:30 PM PST on Jan 26, 2026.
