Terrible service. Cut basically all of my hair off without caring for what I wanted as my cut. Barber took it into her own hands to cut my hair, and now my entire haircut is ruined. DO NOT GO HERE
I came in for a haircut few years back before Covid. Appointment was easy to schedule and service was nice but the haircut I got wasn’t great. I asked the stylist to even it out but it got worse and I left a tip for effort and service. I just wanted a normal haircut.
Worst experience!!!! Had so much miscommunication with my hair stylist as he couldn’t even understand the difference between hot and cold water and ended up literally burning my scalp with hot water for my hair wash and then went on to cut my hair unevenly and also cut a bigger chunk than I had asked for!!! I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. Do not waste your money going here!!! Don’t recommend at all.
This Factoria 'Great Clips' branch is a real disaster. Their service, treatment of customers, and communication are horrible. I explained something, and they did something which was absolutely the opposite of my request. If you want to have a uniquely horrible and scary haircut, come here.
My recent haircut is an absolute tragedy.
