went in for my appointment that i scheduled online, had to wait 10 minutes for them to start, made my hair look like a blonde lord farquad, obviously aren't experienced, were conversating with the other employees the whole time about stuff thats not even hair related, cut my hair while looking at another employee, the right side is an inch longer than the left and my hair was wavy before i went in there and now it wont even curve. this place is garbage. never going there again.
They cut off twice what I requested
