I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips on Mahan Drive. The host stylist who attended to me was Cathy. Initially, everything seemed fine. I received my haircut, but afterward, I felt there was still more hair that needed trimming. I politely asked Cathy if she could cut a little more. She responded, “More?” I said yes, please. She agreed, but from that point onward, her attitude changed. She began cutting my hair very quickly and without any clear order. I haven’t had a haircut this bad since the 1980s. I went in with a haircut I loved, thinking I would need a trim to the bangs , told Nate I didn’t want to lose the length. He and the other stylist criticized my last cut from GC in TN. He cut the bangs too short, I even showed him the pictures that got me the last cut I loved. He cut 4 inches off the length. It might take me six months or more to grow my hair out to the way I liked it again.

This place used to be a 1 star, but the two new guys that have been there for a few months are awesome. Great haircuts. Short wait times. They are crushing it
