I usually don't leave negative reviews, but the experience I just had at the Great Clips at 4130 Hunt Road was so incredibly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I walked in expecting a standard, straightforward cut and walked out looking completely ridiculous.What makes this so incredibly frustrating is that I didn't just explain what I wanted I literally showed the stylist a clear reference photo of the exact hairstyle I was looking for. Good atmosphere, I like that you can check in online and if there is a wait they will text you when to head in. Brianna did a very good job! She was patient and asked many good questions to ensure I had a good experience and to make sure my haircut turned out how I wanted!
