They were quick and professional. It was apparent that they knew what they were doing.
I went to the Great Clips in Blue Ash and was so pleased with my haircut and the kindness of my hairdresser. She was very personable and a joy to talk to.
Not met the expectations
We had a terrible haircut for our son today. I showed a picture reference to Ms. Sakhom before the starting even though, she done the haircut like the way she want very quickly and I had no other choice than to just to accept or it could go worst. My son felt unhappy and she immediately went to billing and arrogantly asked for tip. I did pay the haircut at first transaction but again she insisted for tip in another transaction.
