Pure incompetence. Butcher job. Inexperienced staff.
I got my usual Senior haircut from Sandy and it was excellent. I have her cut my hair whenever I'm there and she does a great job. SHe's also very pleasant and upbeat. She's an asset for your salon.
I wish I read reviews before getting my haircut today. The stylist evaluated my hair and said it was uneven. We agreed on a 1/2 inch and he’d even it out. He cut more than an inch and as he was cutting it he kept trying to sell me products. Four times he stopped to try to sell me products. I told him I had products and just was not using them right now as I am recovering from a knee replacement. It is a challenge to stand for long periods of time to style my hair.
