Pretty bad when you have to go home and use your own clippers to fix your hair, don't get me wrong some who work their are great, but the cut I got today from "K." was by far the worst. Long hairs left on the back and sides, didn't even trim my bangs, in fact nothing from the middle to front on top was touched. Wound up taking an "8" to the top cause I was left with no other option. I def will be selective on who I let cut my hair from now on. Least I know who to avoid!
Terrible on phone service I called to ask about a apt an wait time an lady wanted nothing to do with me and told me I can go look online.. when Clearly I called for that reason rather try to mess with the online services. Definitely not going there now after that customer service.
I had the code to get my haircut for $11.99 but beautician said it was only good in Pittsburgh. I got it off facebook. Haircut was good.
Melissa is phenomenal. Theres a very professional atmosphere and the store moves with a precision unlike any other salon I've been to while she's working. She deserves a raise!
The girls were fast and efficient, with great jokes to make the experience even better.
