As someone who doesn't really care what my hair looks like, I go to Great Clips. I've loved ever stylist's interpretation of my hairstyle and how they go about trimming it. I recently moved to the area so of course I had to try out this location- Sushma did amazing!!!! She was not only quick, but very on point to nailing my reference photo. Sushma made me feel very comfortable and she even introduced me to a powder product in my hair for more of that messy textured look. Very glad I stopped by.

Earlier today, i went into my local Great Clips in Erie, PA on 6660 Peach Street. i got my hair cut by a woman named Sushma. I went in for something SOOOOO low maintenance. A simple trim. It wasn’t even an inch. i just wanted her to touch up my long bob. Mind you, i have a curlier hair texture. Some places are 2b curls and others are 2c. my hair is an honest mixture of the two. This was, without question, the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my 8-year-old and 3-year-old sons in for haircuts. From the start, the woman at the front desk was rude, impatient, and confrontational. She asked me multiple times if I was getting a haircut, even after I told her clearly that only my kids were.
