Kristen is the best!! I'm usually a little nervous about getting my hair cut because I have thick, curly hair and most cosmetology schools only scratch the surface when it comes to managing textured hair. But Kristen knew what she was talking about and took her time so I could get exactly what I wanted. It was such an affirming experience and I hope I get her the next time I go in for a haircut!
