Great service but frustrating how there is no patterns and not everyone has the same tools. There is no way to check who is working that day when you check in so you have to guess and take whatever they have to offer that day. I always need a shaver, makes a huge difference, but not everyone has one, so I am paying the same price for a haircut that I won't like it as much.

"This is truly the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t mean to be harsh, especially since there are some great barbers here, but I think it’s only fair to mention the barber’s name—Andy (male barber). I understand I came in close to closing time, and he might have felt rushed. However, he could have just asked me to come back the next day rather than hurrying through the haircut."
Update: I got a bad haircut but was offered to have it fixed at no extra charge
