I came in with a clear reference photo and asked for long layers with curtain bangs, but unfortunately, the result didn’t match what I requested. The front pieces were cut unevenly and looked more like sideburns than soft bangs, and the ends weren’t styled or layered as shown in the photo. I also found the experience to be a bit uncomfortable, as the stylist wasn’t very gentle during the appointment.I have an school orientation coming up and now, I left feeling disappointed and unsure how to fix it in time. Worst staff at this location. They were extremely unhelpful and the only barber available was not taking clients while a large family took up the other two barbers for the next hour at least.
Not very friendly took over 45 min wait when screen said 24 min wait
Came here I think two weeks ago. Tabitha did a great job with my hair and was extremely friendly. She did a slight taper that I didn't ask for but I think it turned out perfectly. I haven't gotten my hair professionally cut in a few years and I'm glad I had Tabitha!
I called salon for info on getting a haircut. The young lady I spoke with was rude, argumentative and had some problems conversing and understanding English. I explained I'd been in anf out of hospital the past year, and was needing a good shampoo and cut. She started telling me they weren't trained for hospital patients and I might need to go elsewhere. NOT exactly accommodati g, and she didn't LISTEN! I'm not IN hospital anymore, just need a good haircut with several inches cut off. I have no desire to go to this business ... read more
