Great experience every time. The staff here are kind, professional, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dounya in particular is amazing. She’s friendly, she listens, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure the cut looks exactly how you want it.
Terrible experience for my 10 year old. The hair stylist had no clue what she was doing and ruined my son’s hair. She should not be cutting hair. She did not follow my instructions or what was in the slip from our previous visit. Once I saw her using clippers on his hair, I intervened but it was too late and it just kept getting worse. He cried through the whole thing. He is left with an awful haircut and has to live with this for quite awhile now. I always come to this one, because I'm treated with both friendly customer mannerism and outgoing respect. I have one closer to me , but always drive here, both Dominique and Dunya are perfect role models for those, in any business how to treat and keep customers. Love the haircuts, sometimes I leave it up to them to decide!
