Guy rushed me through. Seemed annoyed that I wanted a shampoo. He didn’t tell me he was putting the chair back for a hair wash and never asked what I wanted. He parted my hair down the middle (not where I part it). I asked for a trim- I have long hair so I said 1-2 inches. He was quick to correct me that “well that’s not a trim, that’s a haircut haha” . **TL;DR:** This Great Clips offered a quick, positive experience with attentive service. Highly recommend for anyone needing a trim! This was my first time at a Great Clips and my first haircut since at least the pandemic's beginning. There was a decent wait time; while the automated estimated wait suggested about an hour, I only waited around 20 minutes as a walk-in!
