My stylist understood measurements giving, my hair looks great!!
I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. I came in not feeling great and left feeling worse. I requested a layered bob that brushed my shoulders and offered reference photos. I left with a chin length bob. Throughout the haircut my stylist did not once check in with me. She decided she had to take 3-4 inches off more than I asked to match my face framing (I explained I liked my face framing hair to be shorter).
