Had a wonderful experience, staff was lovely and my stylist did a great job on my hair. Will definitely return and recommend this Great Clips to my friends and family!
6 months ago I would've given this location 5 stars. I don't know if management changed or what but it seems all of the decent hairdressers no longer work there and they're always understaffed. Consistently 40+ min wait times even if you check in online. Overall quality seems to have gone down. I've witnessed but not experienced some questionable customer service as well. I would suggest picking from the hundreds of other locations and businesses within driving distance for your haircut needs. I know I'm going to from now on... read more
