Customer service at this location is especially bad. I've been going there for over 2 years and was skipped over today after waiting for over a half hour. I would understand if the person I was skipped over for was requesting a specific person, but they were new and upgraded to an MVP because they were a first timer. What a joke. They lost both me and my son due to that decision.
