Would like to take a moment of my day to write and thank Matthew who I could see was training looked very stressed but still went out of his way to make my visit the best and had me leaving with not a single thing but happy and satisfied keep up the good work!
Popped in for an oil change and was very impressed with the friendly professional service. Really liked how they had staff out front with signs stating “no wait” It appeared that there was a new staff member and the other employees were patient and explained each step while training.
I have been going to great Canadian oil change since I bought my newer Cadillac.. i went to one location yesterday and no filter and mind you, I have to drive from out of town. I was told there would be more filters today. I attended the Portage Avenue location, and I was told once again. There was no more. Anyone with a newer cadillac, GM or any newer vehicle over 2020 buyer? Beware I was told they I don't always carry the filters. If you actually need an oil change DO NOT GO HERE!
