I had an amazing experience at Great Canadian Oil Change on Archibald Street. A huge thank you to Touhid, Harman, and Ha for making this probably the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. I am so grateful for a wonderful experience at this location. The staff were friendly and not pushy at all! … They were knowledgeable and explained everything but volunteered, the additional suggestions could be done anytime. I have been to the Main Street and st.Mary’s locations and unfortunately the staff were so pushy and didn’t listen, it was almost insulting to continually have to say no. Such a relief to find somewhere I would want to go back to. Thank you!
In these times when business seems to be trying to squeeze every cent they can out of you and customers service is non existent, I landed at the GCOC on Archibald. My fog light wasn’t working and I was looking to have it changed. After a lot of time and effort to access the tricky light on my car, it decided to come on. Not only did they not charge me for the service and their time, they topped up my washer fluid and did an engine point check and I was on my way.
