Terrible service from the lube tech! I am quite familiar with car maintenance and mechanical work and just came in to have an oil change done on a 23 year old car that see’s very little (but regular) use because we didn’t have time to book in at our regular shop. I did not meet one genuinely friendly person in that building! The lube tech I had was very concerned that there was no service history on the car and that she had to create an entirely new “profile” and that it’s behind on all it’s maintenance…seems a bit over dram... read more
I went in for an oil change today and was greeted by Pepe. The service was great. Pepe explained everything that needed to be done…. he is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly! We always get our oil changes done here because it’s a great place to go with wonderful staff that get the job done quickly. It’s a bonus to use discount coupons too.

Travis was the technician today for changing the oil in my van. He made the entire process fun, pleasant and efficient. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the van was serviced in record time. This is my go-to place. Great Canadian oil change is ... in a word ... GREAT!
They were very prompt and efficient. I particularly appreciated Travis who was friendly and explained everything to me clearly, but didn't do high-pressure sales. I am used to companies that try to pressure you into additional services, but Travis explained each one clearly and gave me options. He went the extra mile! I was very impressed.
